Responsibilities Lead Financial Governance across the Group and ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards, and governance requirements. Own and maintain Group accounting policies, procedures, and the Accounting & Reporting Manual. Act as the subject matter expert for IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and complex technical accounting matters. Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate the implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements. Lead the assessment of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and financing arrangements.
