About this role
Service Performance and Issue Resolution • Execute end-to-end netting, settlement, treasury accounting, and reconciliation activities, including exception management and issue resolution, in accordance with defined procedures, controls, and accounting standards. • Act as the escalation SME for complex netting exceptions and intercompany settlement disputes; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions. • Maintain and review issue and exception logs, identify recurring process issues and trends, and drive sustainable resolution to prevent recurrence. • Prepare operational status updates and exception reports to support month-end activities and ad hoc stakeholder reviews.…
