About this role

A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking an experienced Facility Lead to oversee facility operations, ensure the efficient maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, and maintain a safe, reliable, and compliant working environment. Key Responsibilities: Facility Operations & Maintenance: • Manage housekeeping teams’ assignment and overall performance, take corrective action based on observation and input from premises & departments and implement the safety and hygiene rules. • Collaborate with stakeholders on the repairs, replacements and refurbishment of company facilities (i.e. furniture, shutters, ...etc.), optimizing space utilization, renovation & expansions. • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for key activities in HQ to extend their life cycle and reduce costs.…
