We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to lead and run our Belle Eau Park facility situated in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. Shift Available: Sunday to Thursday (21:30 - 06:00) with a 1 hour break. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead all operational functions across shifts and departments, directing and supporting shift and department managers to achieve daily performance targets, uphold site standards, and follow procedures as set out in their job descriptions.
