ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center. With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers. ROLE SUMMARY The Office of the CEO is the team that keeps the company’s leadership, Board of Directors, and investors aligned on what matters. It owns the monthly and quarterly reporting rhythm, the company’s OKR process, competitive intelligence, and the cross-functional strategic initiatives the CEO prioritizes.
