About this role

As a Senior Casualty Treaty Reinsurance Underwriter you will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including cedents, brokers, and actuarial teams, to develop tailored reinsurance solutions. You will also play a critical role in market development, risk management, and portfolio optimization. Your Impact: Evaluate and underwrite new and renewal casualty reinsurance treaties, assessing risk exposures, pricing, and terms. Develop and implement underwriting standards and best practices to maintain portfolio profitability. Manage a portfolio of casualty reinsurance treaties, ensuring alignment with profitability and growth objectives.
