Looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead 2nd Shift operations at a Fort Worth D2C warehouse. Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday Start Time: 5:00 PM End Time: Approximately 5:30–6:30 AM We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a strong operational presence who can effectively lead the evening team, drive performance, and make sound decisions independently. This person will be the only manager onsite during the evening shift, making strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential. Manage the warehouse’s operational activities including budgeting, labor scheduling, space and equipment, safety and security, housekeeping, and sanitation.
