About this role

The Technical Analyst II is a mission-critical role responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting EDI and integration solutions that directly connect Lineage Logistics with its customers and trading partners. This role serves as a primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding and support lifecycle — conducting regular calls and email communications to drive successful integrations and resolve issues with urgency. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with Boomi or comparable integration platforms, strong knowledge of EDI standards and communication protocols, and the communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations with external stakeholders.…
