Lead Financial Analyst The Lead Financial Analyst is an expense and reporting focused FP&A role. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting OneMain’s financial expense planning and analysis, as well as internal financial reporting processes. This person will proactively understand the strategic context and operations of the teams they support, and partner closely with business leaders to accurately report on financial performance, build driver-based expense/headcount forecasting models, support the monthly, quarterly and annual close process, support the long term and short-term forecasting exercises, and build executive level presentations.
