About this role

We are looking for IT talent with a B2 English level! A leading company in the BPO sector is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst oriented toward providing technical support and solutions to users in a dynamic and multicultural environment. 🔎 Job Conditions 📍 Location / Modality: 100% On-site – Bogotá (Conecta 80). 📄 Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite term contract. 💰 Salary: $2,850,000 COP base salary + up to $200,000 COP in performance-based commissions. 🎓 Training: 2 fully paid days. 🕒 Schedule / Shifts: Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday. Morning window shifts (finishing at 5:30 PM max). 2 days off per week (rotating/not fixed). 🚀 Main Functions Provide tier-1 IT technical support.
