Talent Sourcer – Join the Ōnin Team! About the Role We’re looking for a driven Talent Sourcer to join ŌninTech/Search in a full-time, onsite role. You’ll identify and engage qualified professional and technical talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with Technical Recruiters to support current and future hiring needs. You’ll also assist with key recruiting operations, including candidate updates, onboarding, payroll support, and pipeline management.
