About this role

As the Operations Manager, you are responsible of the day to day management of our hands-on operations, supporting the broader EU Operations team. While the Operations Director focuses on broader monthly and quarterly strategy , your mission is to lead, motivate, and guide the team on the floor to execute daily targets smoothly, safely, and in a personable way. On an average day, you'll be; Actively directing and coordinating the operations team on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution across warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support. Managing flexible daily resource planning and shift allocations to meet immediate operational goals.
