Job Description: The Engineer will be responsible for operation, maintenance, and repair of the building ensuring optimal performance of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and automation systems within a Class A office building. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with efficiency standards, monitoring BAS and responding to alarms, completing chemical testing for the spa area daily, and delivering superior customer service to our tenants.
