Job Description: As the Centralized Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be to support the onsite leasing teams and ensure a high level of engagement with prospects and residents and capturing organic leads. Your main focus will be, but not limited to, converting phone and online inquiries into onsite tours, following up with prospects, working the CRM leasing dashboard, generating organic leads, and owning the prospect, applicant, and renewal lifecycles.
