Job Description: CapWest is hiring a Formwork Estimator for our growing formwork division with an established client base along with an expanding work portfolio that requires a new estimator to support the pre-construction and bid phase. The Formwork Estimator is a senior pre-construction role responsible for developing accurate and competitive bids for formwork scopes on high-rise residential and ICI projects throughout the Greater Vancouver region. Working closely with project managers, engineers, operations leadership, and our current and future trade partners the successful candidate will own the full estimating lifecycle — from initial inquiry and quantity takeoff through to bid submission, post-tender analysis, site instruction review and handover to the field team.…
