About this role

Asset Protection and Loss Prevention Lead In short: The Asset Protection & Loss Prevention Lead role will report to the Head of Health, Safety and Security on the Global Real Estate Development team and supporting the Global Retail team. This position is responsible for building and scaling a global Asset Protection and Loss Prevention program across global retail. You will move the organization from reactive store-level practices to standardized, data-driven and scalable protection frameworks, covering theft, fraud, and operational losses. You will work cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, IP and external partners to implement solutions that protect the business while preserving our premium customer experience.
