In this role, you are ensuring the commercial heartbeat of our business never skips a beat. With a primary focus on our retail environment, you act as the vital link between our physical stores and our digital infrastructure. You understand that in high-stakes retail, payment availability is the foundation of the customer experience: no payments, no sales.
Your Mission:
Payment Lifecycle & Settlement Oversight: Monitor the end-to-end flow of transactions from POS hardware through to the merchant bank account. You will ensure that processing cycles are completed accurately.
