We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Retail Talent Acquisition to independently lead hiring across a defined retail area. This role combines strong end-to-end execution with meaningful stakeholder partnership, bringing Talent Acquisition closer to the business and helping raise the quality and consistency of hiring decisions on the ground.
You will work closely with Store Leaders, Area Leads and BP's to manage searches, build proactive pipelines and support a more structured, high-quality approach to hiring.
