About this role

Talent Acquisition Partner Site Based: Gloucestershire Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity to join an evolving, in-house recruitment function where you'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire the skilled people who keep our business moving. Based at our Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham or Staverton, Gloucester site , you'll support recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, technical and business functions, with occasional travel between sites.
