We are seeking a strategic and results-driven US Tax Manager for an assignment up to 9 months. This person will be responsible for managing the Company's U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance and reporting, while ensuring compliance with ASC 740 and Income Taxes. This role partners closely with the Accounting, Finance, Legal, FP&A, and external tax advisors to support quarterly and annual tax provisions, tax planning initiatives, audits, and strategic business transactions.…
