Operation Coordinator - Business Setup (Mainland)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator – Mainland Business Setup to join our Business Setup team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end Mainland company formation process in the UAE , from understanding the client's requirements and selecting the appropriate business activity through to trade name reservation, initial approval, documentation, licence issuance and post-licensing support. This position requires hands-on experience with UAE Mainland business setup , particularly DED/DET procedures , and the ability to independently coordinate multiple company formation cases while ensuring applications are processed accurately and within the required timelines.…
