We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission-driven team.
Responsibilities:
Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
Providing Parent Trainings
Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
