About this role

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Join a Team That Makes a Real Difference! ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 16-year-old client for approximately 15 hours per week. If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team. Hours: 15 hours/ flexible Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in a home setting Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process…
