About this role

Pay : $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 5 -year-old client after school, after 5pm . If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team. What You’ll Do : Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings. Accurately collect data and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours. Follow and maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Participate in new hire check-ins to ensure smooth onboarding. Communicate effectively with families and report observations to your supervising BCBA.…
