Reporting to the HR Manager, Ventures, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at OpenEye will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees on a wide range of people-related matters. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior HR Business Partner to support HR initiatives, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness across the company. This role supports key areas including performance management, employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, recruiting support, and workforce planning.
