Position Summary Seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer to lead and grow a Land Development practice in Central Florida. This individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy and will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing a strong book of work, and serving as a senior client-facing leader without requiring daily oversight from firm principals. The firm maintains a diversified and active backlog across multiple sectors. Current high-growth areas include large-scale retail and entertainment developments, nationally recognized commercial projects, and several substantial mixed-use communities.
