Kontext der Position Als Lead Consultant (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die fachliche Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Softwareimplementierungsprojekte und begleitest unsere Kunden von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Dabei verbindest Du fundierte Projekterfahrung mit technischem Verständnis und einem sicheren Umgang mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern. Du strukturierst komplexe Anforderungen, koordinierst Ressourcen und Prioritäten und stellst sicher, dass Projekte effizient, qualitativ hochwertig und termingerecht umgesetzt werden. Dabei übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Projektsteuerung und bist für unsere Kunden und internen Teams ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner.…
