About this role OpenFX is hiring its first Product Operations Manager. You will work directly with the Head of Product Operations to refine and enhance the Product Operating System across a small, dense product team building the cross-border financial infrastructure of the next decade. This is a high-leverage seat. You will be empowered to contribute across product craft, launch motion, AI-augmented workflows, and the insights program that connects the product team to the rest of the business. You will use AI not as something you teach in a workshop but as the multiplier for your own work, and you will help every PM around you do the same. The work is real and the surface area is wide.
