Job Description: About the Team The team is part of the Print Operations Department. About the Role: The Dow Jones printing facility located in Silver Spring is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of administrative assistant. Under minimum supervision performs various administrative details and uses independent judgment requiring detailed knowledge of the department and company policies. You may work independently on assignments and is responsible for the completion of projects. This part-time role is based in White Oak Maryland, reporting to the Senior Manager, Production Operations. You Will: Enter all commercial production details into an existing spreadsheet. Monitor and follow procedures to order newsprint for contract print jobs and DJ.…
