About this role

The group you’ll be a part of The impact you’ll make We are looking for a highly motivated legal counsel to join our Korea legal team which provides general legal support for Lam’s commercial and operational activities in Korea. The role will report to the Korea Legal Lead and provide strategic legal support to regional management and operations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across various legal domains. What you’ll do Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of regional and cross-border commercial agreements including equipment sales, purchasing services, software licensing, subscriptions, confidentiality, data security and other common areas. Monitor legal developments in Korea and other assigned jurisdictions, ensuring timely communication and compliance follow-up.…
