About the role Lam Research is seeking a highly motivated Lab service engineer 3 position, to join the Corporate Metrology Lab. This role focuses on advanced 3D Tomography (3DT), and FIB -S EM characterization , supporting the development and deployment of next-generation metrology solutions for advanced semiconductor devices. The successful candidate will work closely with leading technologists, researchers, and cross-functional engineering teams to develop innovative characterization methodologies, data analysis workflows, and application solutions.
