About the Role Help patients regain strength, maintain independence, and achieve their health goals in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide hands-on personal care and support that enables patients to recover safely while preserving their dignity and quality of life. Through assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and other daily activities, you'll play an important role in helping patients navigate their recovery journey and remain as independent as possible.
