$5,000 Sign On Bonus Hospice RN - After Hours - 7 Nights Off, 7 Nights On Schedule Work every other week -- on call for 7 nights, then off work for the next 7 nights Every other Monday to Sunday, 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Training takes place Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for the first 2-4 weeks Location Main Service Area: Lansing Area Office: Jackson, MI This position requires daily travel within the service area to provide care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. It will not be necessary to report to the home office daily.
