HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGER (Registered Nurse) $5,000 Sign On Bonus! Location: Our office is in Jackson, MI. We provide hospice care to patients in Jackson, Lansing, and the surrounding areas. Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday, with rotating on-call phone support for after-hours staff Exciting news! NestMed can draft roughly 90% of your documentation, including OASIS and HOPE items, assessment answers, narrative, and plan of care.
