Optimiza is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The ideal candidate will support project management processes and contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the organization by analyzing project performance, identifying risks, and providing insightful reports to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the establishment and maintenance of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices within the PMO. Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including schedule adherence, budget compliance, and resource allocation.
