About this role

This position will be on-site reporting to our Bangalore office M-F. This team provides 24/7 support. This role requires shift flexibility, including the ability to rotate between days, mids, and nights. How you'll make an impact Responsible for the configuration, operation, and maintenance/repairs of AV equipment in support of company live meetings. Tier 1 troubleshooting of network trouble tickets and requests. Responsible for direct customer communication, working closely with other central operations technical teams and customer service teams.
