About this role

This position is required to report onsite to our Bangalore office 3 days per week The Sr. Practice Manager is responsible to manage and mentor a team of direct reportees for their practice to adhere to Optiv Consulting values as well as successfully deliver on IGA engagements. This is a techno manager role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise with customers acting as a trusted advisor for topics within the IAM domain. They need to have extensive people management skills as well as hands-on experience in deploying large complex IGA projects especially in SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt.…
