About this role
We’re looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager to lead and continue developing Optiver’s global mobility function. You’ll set the direction for how mobility is delivered globally while staying close to the day-to-day work, ensuring we can support increasingly complex mobility needs as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on leadership role . You’ll initially work closely alongside the team on case management, including complex and sensitive moves, while strengthening the operating model, team capability and ways of working needed for the function to scale effectively.…
