About this role
Optiver is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to help build the foundations of our global Req-to-Pay (R2P) operating system. 2026 is our foundation year - the year we stabilize day-to-day req-to-pay, get our data clean, and put the building blocks in place for an AI-first procurement function that can scale globally in 2027. This role is central to two things at once: making sure procurement runs smoothly every day in Amsterdam, and helping shape the AI, automation, and data work that will redefine how Optiver buys.
