About this role

Commis Service Clients – Programme Éthylométrique Smart Start Québec propose des services d'antidémarreurs éthylométriques (alcootest relié au démarreur) dans le cadre des programmes de la Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) Chez la division Smart Start de Thibert, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) agent(e) service client. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos participants au programme éthylométrique. Objectif du poste Dans votre fonction, vous serez responsable d'accueillir les participants au programme éthylométrique et de procéder à la calibration de leur appareil. Vous aurez aussi la charge de fournir la formation de départ aux nouveaux participants, ainsi que répondre à leurs questions.…
