קניין/ית רכש תפעולי על החברה נטפים הינה חברה גלובלית, חלק מקבוצת "אורביה", תאגיד בינלאומי המונה כ־23,000 עובדים ברחבי העולם. החברה עוסקת בפיתוח וייצור טפטפות ופתרונות השקיה מתקדמים לתעשייה החקלאית, ונחשבת לחברת ההשקיה המובילה בעולם. מעבר לפיתוח ולייצור, נטפים מקימה שדות, מטעים וחממות, מעניקה שירותים לחקלאים, פעילה ומשווקת את מוצריה ליותר מ־100 מדינות ברחבי העולם. כיום לנטפים 19 מפעלים ו-2 מפעלי מחזור ברחבי העולם, כולל בישראל, ולמעלה מ־33 חברות בנות. בישראל פועלים שלושה אתרי ייצור: חצרים, מגל ויפתח. בנוסף, מטה החברה ממוקם במרכז הארץ, ואתר הייטק נוסף פועל ביקנעם. נטפים מעסיקה כ־5,000 עובדים ברחבי העולם, מתוכם כ־1,000 עובדים בישראל. מטרת התפקיד אחריות על ניהול ותפעול תהליכי הרכש השוטפים מול ספקים בארץ ובעולם, במטרה להבטיח זמינות חומרים ושירותים בהתאם לצורכי הארגון.…
