Job Description 1, Job responsibility Engagement with External Leaders • Develop the SLs list for the regions to be covered. • Develop the annual Regional Medical Affair Plan based on the Country Medical Affair Plan and regional characteristics. • Engage in non-promotional, peer-to-peer exchange of medical and scientific information with SLs or KDMs. • Organize medical and scientific exchange activities, which include but are not limited to journal clubs and expert input forums. • Gain deep insights on disease, therapeutic area and healthcare needs, data gaps and challenges in local geography. • Build trust with participation in and scientific contribution to scientific societies and health organizations.…
