About this role
The Analyst, Customer Intelligence (Data Management & Analytics) collects demographic, geographic, financial, transactional, and psychological information of the customer database needed to design and define customer’s profiles. Leverages SQL & PowerBI to develop reports needed for the implemented strategies that resulted from the insight discovered as part of the customer intelligence exercise.
