POSITION TITLE: Controller FLSA STATUS: Exempt Reports to: Director of Finance Supervises: AR & AP Specialist(s), Senior Accountant(s) POSITION OVERVIEW: The Controller is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records as well as the effective day-to-day operation of the Finance Department. The Controller provides hands-on leadership, manages Finance personnel, drives monthly close, oversees billing and cash flow processes, and serves as the primary operational partner to the Director of Finance.
