JOB SUMMARY Supervision of hourly employeess, help prepare team to operate safely while still focusing on the needs of our customers. Helping to meet and exceed processing goals on a daily basis. Ensuring safe and efficient operation of the shredder, and mobile equipment used to process yard material. Train and monitor employees including lead hands, operators and labourers.
