Associate, Production - Affordable Housing

Purpose and Job Summary: Reporting to the Managing Director, and under the overall direction of the Senior Managing Director, the Associate supports the origination, screening, and execution of multifamily mortgage financing and tax-exempt bond opportunities within Lument's Affordable Housing platform. This role is responsible for analytical, underwriting, and transaction support functions across the deal lifecycle, from initial screening through closing.
