Purpose and Job Summary: ORIX USA is seeking a Senior Accountant for its Dallas, Texas or Chicago, IL office to assist with accounting and reporting related to its Private Credit Reporting unit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in all aspects of accounting and reporting matters for the Private Credit line of business and other units, as assigned. This could include accounting for the following types of assets (but not limited to): debt securities, loans, and equity investments. Reporting consists of both management reporting and GAAP reporting to our parent company, as well as any required reporting for the stand-alone audit.…
