Transaction Manager

Purpose and Job Summary: The Transaction Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing multifamily loan transactions from application stage through rate lock, closing, funding, and post-closing delivery. Transaction Management oversees Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bridge loan transactions from under application stage through loan closing and post-closing delivery. The Transaction Manager will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure transactions are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established investor, agency, warehouse, regulatory, and company requirements.
