About this role
Primary location: KOKKOLA Osuuskauppa KPO hakee projektipäällikköä yhteisöllisen työvuorosuunnittelun pilottiprojektin vetäjäksi. Projekti alkaa tammikuussa kahdessa Vaasan ABC liikennemyymälässä ja kestää vuoden 2027 loppuun. Yhteisöllinen työvuorosuunnittelu tarkoittaa työvuorosuunnittelumallia, jossa työntekijät valitsevat itse työvuorojaan etukäteen sovittujen yhteisten pelisääntöjen puitteissa. Mallin tavoitteena on helpottaa työn ja vapaa-ajan yhteensovittamista sekä lisätä henkilöstön vaikutusmahdollisuuksia omiin työvuoroihinsa.…
