**Now Offering DailyPay** Overview Otterbein is a not-for-profit, faith-based Hospice that is a national leader and innovator in elderly care services. The Hospice Care Navigator is responsible for developing, maintaining and executing a Marketing and Sales Plan in support of the Otterbein Hospice group and growing census. This includes managing all activities associated with the sales process from the initial connection with a referral contact, and/or their families, through informationals and ultimately enrollment in hospice care. Responsibilities Develop and manage the contact and leads database. Grow Census to exceed budget. Establish relationships with key referral contacts (doctors, nurses, social workers, ministers, hospital administrators, senior center liaisons, etc.).…
